Blue Carbon
Aquatic biomes play a vital role in reversing the adverse effects of climate change. Seagrass, for example, accounts for 10 per cent of the ocean’s capacity to store carbon. With Biome company, we develop and design Blue Carbon projects with partners that implement activities with coastal communities in restoring mangrove forests and planting of seagrass.

Water and Sanitation
Access to water is not only important to human beings, but also for the climate. Forests and oceans are vital for evaporation that plays a key role in regulating micro-climates in farms, upon which local populations depend for sustaining their livelihoods. By providing local populations with alternative and clean cookstoves, forests remain intact and less CO2 is emitted in the atmosphere.
